The hotel was built in 1972 and completely renovated in 2002. It offers a total of 108 apartments spread over 9 floors. Amongst the facilities count a stylish foyer with a lift, a 24-hour reception desk, a safe, a currency exchange facility, a TV room and a bicycle storage facility. In addition, there is a cosy bar and an air-conditioned ? la carte restaurant with highchairs for infants. Guests may take advantage of the swimming pool, pool/ snack bar, sun loungers, parasols, billiards/ snooker table and a seasonally-variable entertainment programme. Guests may select their breakfast from an ample buffet. At midday and in the evenings, it is possible to order dishes from the menu. Special dietary requirements, as well as individual-specific menus, may be catered to. All of the rooms are modernly furnished and come with an en suite bathroom. Furthermore, they come equipped with a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a kitchenette, a fridge, central heating and tiling. The apartments are cleaned by the hotel staff after they have been vacated by guests.
